This Privacy Policy explains how JIRA MINI handles information when you use Obsidian Context Map for Jira (the “App”).
The App uses the Jira permissions approved by a Jira administrator to read the work-item context needed to render a Context Map. That context can include issue keys, summaries, hierarchy, issue links, and user display information made available by Jira.
The App uses Atlassian Forge hosted storage for App-created relationship records, relationship metadata, dismissed suggestions, and saved Context Map layout preferences. The App does not operate an external backend service and does not intentionally retain Jira comments, attachments, full issue descriptions, or Jira user profile records in its own storage.
The App does not sell personal information, use advertising trackers, or provide App data to third-party analytics or advertising services.
Information is used only to provide the Context Map features, including visualizing Jira work structure and relationships, saving App-created links, and restoring saved layout choices.
The App runs on Atlassian Forge. Jira and Forge data are processed subject to Atlassian’s platform and data-handling practices. JIRA MINI does not route App data through a separate remote service.
App-created data is retained in Forge hosted storage while needed to provide the App and is subject to Atlassian’s hosted-storage lifecycle. A Jira administrator can remove the App to stop its access to the Jira site.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, personal information, or confidential Jira content. Information voluntarily posted to a GitHub Issue is public and is also subject to GitHub’s policies.
